- We build it first. Every workflow in a guide is built and run before we write about it, and we show the real results, including mistakes we hit along the way.
- We use primary sources. Facts about laws, platform rules and tools link to the original source, such as the FTC, Google and the tool’s own documentation.
- We say what it costs. The software in our guides is free to use, and we tell you what you still pay for, such as hosting and email sending.
- We keep guides current. Each article shows its last-updated date, and we revise it when a tool or rule changes.
